Here's an example of a weekly art journaling challenge.

Week 1 art challenge was to use book paper.

 
I tore and collaged old text books, ledger pages and music sheets...

 And painted a bird...

 with a banner reminding us of our New Year's resolutions...

and a sassy deer with a sassy come-back.
